At PHC we want to make your claiming experience as positive and simple as possible and we try and keep form filling to a bare minimum. The following explains how to make a claim under your PHC private medical insurance plan.

Before you arrange treatment please contact us so we can confirm that the treatment is eligible under your policy.

We will always aim to assess your claim over the phone which means we may need to ask you details about your medical condition.

If your GP has referred you to a specific specialist we will confirm if they are recognised by us.

We will also confirm the hospitals, day-patient units and scanning centres covered by your policy.
