In light of the current coronavirus outbreak, government guidance and following our established business continuity plan, we have successfully transferred all of our staff to work from home (WFH).
Given the significant adoption of this approach across the UK and the changing demands that this has on our staff, intermediary partners, clients and members we have implemented a change to our opening hour to 9am.
Our sales and service teams' phone lines will close at 5pm, however our dedicated claims line remains open until 8pm Monday to Friday, and between 9am and 5pm on Saturdays.
This ensures we can continue to protect and respect our colleagues and their families whilst all our lives adapt in the collective effort to slow the spread of the virus.
Our focus and dedication for our members, clients and distribution partners remain unchanged.
