What's included in the service?
The Cardiology service includes the following, as needed:
- An online assessment, reviewed by a consultant cardiologist, with a letter in your online account advising you on next steps, usually within three working days.
- A video or phone consultation with your cardiologist after your assessment, if you'd like to chat through anything.
Using this service will count as a consultation, and affect any out-patient limit, specialist consultations limit, or any contribution you normally make towards treatment each year.
