Which hospitals can I use?
The Directory of Hospitals (available on request) lists the hospitals and day-patient units for which we provide cover. These hospitals have been chosen based on the quality, value and range of services that they provide. The Directory of Hospitals is included in your policy documentation but if you require further information please contact the Claims Team on 0800 0687111.
London Upgrade Option:
You may choose to extend your hospital cover (for an additional premium) to include the London hospitals listed below:
- Bupa Cromwell Hospital
- Wellington Hospital
- London Bridge Hospital
- Portland Hospital
- Princess Grace Hospital
- 30 Devonshire
- The Lister Hospital
- The London Clinic
- King Edward VII Hospital Sister Agnes
- Harley Street Clinic including the Harley Street Clinic's facilities
at any other location throughout the UK
If you wish to extend your hospital cover please tick the London Upgrade Option on your application form. The London Upgrade option must be selected at the same time of application and cannot be added to your plan when making a claim.
The information above applies to policies incepted or renewed after 1st January 2012.
