The high degree of flexibility available with our company plans offers employers the opportunity to tailor their scheme to their own specific requirements. This means that within one scheme an employer can choose on an individual employee level to offer different levels of cover. For example:
- Different benefit levels – a group scheme can have a mixture of all four plans if required
- Different hospital options – the employer may wish to provide the London up-grade option for only a certain number of staff
- Different excesses – a group can have employees with and without excesses and/or on different levels of excess
- Worldwide travel cover – this very flexible option allows employers to take travel cover for only one employee if needed, rather than for the whole group. Different levels of cover are also available; Europe only or worldwide, leisure only or extended for business travel and with or without winter sports.
All PHC’s company scheme clients have access to a 24 hour medical advice and stress counselling line at no additional premium. This is a valuable employee assistance programme for companies as this service allows employees to talk to trained counsellors and medical professionals in the strictest confidence. |
