Claims made easy

Are you unwell?

The first thing you should do is see your General Practitioner (GP).

Do you need to a physiotherapist or complementary medicine practitioner?

Your GP may refer you for 6 sessions of physiotherapy ONLY. Thereafter a specialist consultation is required

However your GP can refer you for your full complementary medicine benefit.

Do you need to see a specialist?

Before seeing the specialist you must call the claims line on
0800 0687111. All treatment must be pre-authorised through the help line as we do not want you to incur any charges that may not be covered.

Please note: Full cover means we will reimburse fees in full where we feel the charges are reasonable and customary within the UK private medical market. Charges may not be met in full if we consider them to be in excess of those normally charged in the UK. For further information please contact the claims line.

Your claim form

A claim form to be completed by you and your GP or specialist will be sent to you on the same day.

Settling accounts

All accounts will be settled directly. Should any accounts be sent direct to you please forward them immediately to the above address. Some hospitals may require you to pay for some services e.g. x-rays, blood tests etc, yourself. If this does happen please forward the receipted original invoices as above.
