Who can be covered?

A Company Dental Plan can be set up with a minimum of 3 employees, and the company must fund the employees premiums as a staff benefit.

Employees’ dependants can also be covered on a couple, family or single parent basis. Children can be covered until the renewal date after their 21st birthday (or 25th if they are in full time education) provided they remain unmarried.

Employees aged 66 or over can be covered but there are maximum limits to how many 66(+) employees can be covered depending on the size of your scheme. Additionally, 66(+) premium rates apply, please contact your financial advisor or PHC for further details.
