PHC has grown from strength to strength since our launch by making customer service our number one priority. John Stafford, Managing Director explains "we have seen quite a few large companies leave the industry over the last 15 years, and when we formed PHC nearly two decades ago our goals were not to dominate market share at any cost, but rather to build a stable portfolio of business through steady, quality growth. We do not have a direct sales force or use direct marketing and clients will never be cold-called by PHC as we only accept clients where PHC has been recommended through an intermediary. We are dedicated to providing the very best in client service, and are now one of the very few PMI providers that can offer all our clients a 24 hour, 7 day a week claims helpline with access to our claims team."
